Read onlyI desperately need help with this- I have been begging Amazon to help me but seem to just get an automated response.
Some background info: I made and Amazon Seller account in September last year and everything was going great. My daughter is autistic and wrote a non-profit book about her disabilities/experiences so the only thing I have listed is this book and that is the sole intention for the account etc.
I subscribed to the professional seller and that worked well up to a point but I unsubscribed in February of this year. At the same time, I also added other countries where the book could be listed. The account name I was given is Batch_21 - not the company name which is Inclusive Creatives. My OCD got the better of me and I somehow changed the name at the top of my account by highlighting it (next to the Amazon Seller Central logo). I have since tried to change it back but it won't let me.
In May this year I receive an email to say that my account has been de-activated - 'Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement. Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement can be found here. Why is this happening? We have reviewed your account and would like to confirm your identity. How do I verify my identity? To verify your identity, you need to complete virtual identity verification over a video interview. To reserve a time slot for the interview, fill out the form here. After we receive your response on this form, we will invite you for the interview on one of your preferred time slots, 48 hours before the interview. After your verification interview is complete, we will review the results and respond with the outcome within 5 business days.'
I made 3 appointments for my account to be verified and wasn't contacted on any of the dates selected.
I then received this: 'Your Amazon.co.uk Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held for longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. Why is this happening? You have a separate account Batch+21 which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the InclusiveCreatives Selling account to sell on Amazon.co.uk. How do I reactivate my account? In order to reactivate this Selling account, InclusiveCreatives please follow the below steps: 1. You must first reactivate the account associated with Batch+21 by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account. 2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, InclusiveCreatives by using this link etc'
I asked for help on the account seller pages and received this reply: 'After reviewing the account, its observed that the account is associated with a separate account Batch 21 which was created on 02/2024 for Mexico marketplace as its violating the multiple account policy the account has been deactivated.'
I appealed and explained about all of the things that I had done in February that could potentially have caused this stating that to my knowledge I only have 1 account, 1 login and I only want 1 account and 1 login but I now keep getting the same response asking for me to provide more information - I don't have any - other than a screenshot of my account name but I can't upload it in either a jpeg or a pdf.
This is so frustrating, I'm not trying to break any rules or deceive anyone, I just want my account back!
Thank you for reading this far - I am desperate to get this reinstated so my daughter can continue to sell her book and make donations to her chosen mental health charity.
