Currently, you cannot list this ASIN
This morning Amazon kindly set one of our key FAB listings to inactive.
I just called them and they said they have to ‘refer’ it to another department who may resond in up to 48 hours. We have stock at FBA for it!
Coincidentally I notice that Amazon have now started selling them item themselves. The system has completely locked the product for us, not allowing ANY edits. Just displays the message :
Currently, you cannot list this ASIN.
Any ideas what can be done? We created this listing 7 years ago and have been selling sucessfully on it ever since!

" We removed some of your listings because of buyer complaints about the condition
of an item they received from you. The listings we removed are at the end of
this email."
Just seen this! Madness! The items are all brand new! We’ve sold 1000s over the years!
Amazon have screwed us over based on ONE bogus complaint! It’s an FBA item so if the condition wasn’t mint it’s because of Amazon! -
How do i get this reinstated immediately?
So frustrating!

Have you checked the FBA Return reports to see if Amazon restocked what they deem a “Sellable” Return? for this ASIN if this shows they have on this particular ASIN , this would explain the situation and is the best course of action to have the ASIN resinstated. You can screen shot the FBA return report and include that in your response as to why this has occured to have the ASIN reinstated. Judging from your excellent Seller feedback and excellent product reviews this would either be bogus customer complaint or as a result of a restocked return deemed “Sellable”

Go to Reports / Fulfilment by Amazon / FBA Customer Returns (Half way down the left) / Change the date parameter to last 90 days. You looking for anything like this, we see regularly all of our products like yours are factory sealed retail units none of these returns despite Amazon deeming “Sellable” should be resold as New , but you can only auto request non Sellable returns to come back. If this ASIN is showing like this around the time frame this would explain the situation and would rightly form your defense to have the ASIN reinstated, I presume this is just a policy warning under account health and not an account suspension.

If you have invoices from Strong suppliers , you can sent them to AMZ Performance team and they should unblock this ASIN for you also take Strike off your account.

Hi
I sent them a copy of the invoice. But they’ve replied asking for a copy of the invoice (typical) and for an action plan to show how we intend to ‘improve’ Dealing with them is like dealing with a poorly functioning vending machine!
I have now replied (again) with the invoice attached and given them a plan (that basically states what we already do (inspect each set is perfect before we send it to them) …
It is astonishing that they behave so badly! Who is actually working these cases? They seem to press the red buttons without even reading the details or checking anything.
How do I get hold of a sensible human at Amazon?

Have sent Amazon ALL the information that asked for (three times) and they’ve simply written back with this:
(this is an insane, disgusting and aborhrant way to treat other people)

You can try emailing the executive team but it needs to be clear and concise managingdirector@amazon.co.uk.

I’m having this exact issue too and have received the same messages you have. 1 FBA order out of 8 was returned with the buyer saying the item has some slight damage. I’ve sent invoices from the manufacturer who is our supplier, but again they want an action plan of some sort.
ACTION PLAN
Do not use Amazon and FBA as they are run by absolute clowns. (No offence to clowns intended.)
Seller_fRYlvn2b9u1Fd
They did the same to me yesterday, absolutely the same problem, basically accused of selling used items.
It is all FBA .
Nasty creatures… to say that I hate them is not enough…

I have had two this week as well. They were sent in sealed cases direct to FBA. It can only be a return from a customer or a mistaken customer.
It is ridiculous. I am having sleepless nights.
Both items have sold over 1000 units.
I appealed the first one but because my invoice was over 1 year old they rejected it and cancelled my listing. There is now no one selling the ASIN.
It is disgusting the way we are treated.
I have one different case that has been going on weeks. They just keep asking the same question over and over and over and over again.
