Read onlyHi everyone,
I’m facing an ongoing issue where my invoices, including one from Boots (a well-known and authentic supplier), have been repeatedly rejected by Amazon without any clear reason provided. Despite submitting all the required documentation and ensuring everything complies with Amazon’s guidelines, my invoices continue to be rejected.
What’s even more frustrating is that Amazon hasn't provided any explanation for the rejections, which makes it difficult to resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve it?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Boots are a retailer not a wholesaler so if you buy from boots you're not getting approval from the brand to sell on Amazon
Absolutely as above reply. Amazon will NOT accept high street store shop receipts - they are not full invoices, only receipts. You need to source your goods from reputable wholesalers/suppliers, not shops, and that is the explanation for Amazon rejecting them.
