EVRI Saturday collections - Erroneous scanning information - SFP on time affected
Wonder if this is linked to the RM issue with VTR?
We noticed that all our SFP collected by Evri on Saturday 8th June has been scanned at Nottingham Evri collection depot as 'out for delivery' on arrival - this has of course generated shipping notifications for customers who are all now wanting to know where their orders are despite them not being due until Monday.
The actual orders appear incorrectly scanned / routed having just turned up at the delivery depots this morning and therefore out for delivery today - a day late.
Anyone else noticed it / any clue if it's Amazon or Evri at fault?
I've raised it with Evri this morning and will update

Evri have suggested that Amazon map the first scan in to the Evri depot as 'Out for delivery'
This can't be correct, orders shipped on Saturday and scanned in to the depot on Saturday afternoon as 'Out for delivery' generate a customer notification that the order is out for delivery.
So we have customers expecting a delivery Monday but they get an 'out for delivery' notification at 4pm Saturday afternoon?
