FBA Problems again
Hi all,
Is anyone else experiencing problems with FBA shipments going missing or items being lost from items being checked in?
In the past year, Amazon have lost a large amount of my items shipped to Amazon’s FBA warehouses. The items show checked in then a few days later they start going missing when receiving. Most recently, 20 laptops have been checked in then disappeared whilst in a holding area according to the tracking status. In short Amazon has lost over 40k worth of stock in this one shipment.
Is anyone else seeing this more often or is this just me? All my shipments are packed very well and clearly labelled.
Amazon have reimbursed me £84 for 40k worth of stock despite me providing proof of ownership and invoice. Not sure what’s going on there either.

I got a call from an Amazon rep in the week asking if I was interested in moving over to FBA, which I politely declined, when she asked why, I told her… there is no way I am I ever going to hand my stock and customer service over to the absolute shambles that is Amazon.

Needless to say, I would dispute the sum reimbursed and keep a look out on Amazon warehouse, just in case they “find” your laptops and end up being sold there.
Hopefully they will be correctly placed back into your inventory.

Amazon are looking into this but nothing has been reimbursed yet. They are saying the parcel was delivered by UPS to the wrong FBA warehouse and has now gone missing
Needless to say, this is down to Amazon to manage as UPS is the preferred partner
I will update when I can.
