FBM orders been returned via FBA

We have orders that we have been  fulfilled by FBM but are been returned by FBA, the products have never been available on FBA, they all seem to be  business orders which are invoiced. So basically we send the product out from our warehouse and it gets returned to a Amazon Fulfilment Centre. ???
