UK brand registry - "ineligible"

My UK brand registry application was refused immediately after I selected submit. I have fully registered UK trademark from the UK IPO office. The following info box shows up when I click on the “ineligible”

Why did this happen?
“We have taken this decision as we have identified that your account has either been involved in abusive conduct on our website or you are related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct. Amazon reserves the right to decline applications in such cases”

I don`t understand how my account has been used in an abusive way when I just signed up last week. I had the video call last week to show my passport and everything?!

Any help to fix this error would be greatly appreciated

Whats everything ?
If it was just a utility bill that means that you either haven’t signed up as a business or, they haven’t yet verified you as a business seller

Did you register as a sole trader or ltd company ?

The account status “information provided” is generally shown when an account is pre-KYC verification. Once KYC is completed it changes to “valid”. It doesn’t mean an account is being verified or is ineligible for Brand Registry. An account can happily sell for years as “information provided” until they reach the 15k KYC threshold.

An account that is awaiting verification will typically have a warning message at the top of the account info screen, something along the lines of “you have limited access to selling services”.
