Does VTR (Valid Tracking Rate) affect AHR (Account Health Rating)

I’ve just dropped 4 points but with 0% Policy issues
But my VTR through Royal Mail Click &Drop 24/48 tracked is 84%

It’s really unclear if this is the reason for the drop in AHR ?

you get 4 points per 200 orders over 180 days so if you have no violations, it will just be a drop in sales

VTR does not gain or loose points in AH rating
