However,
I don't store inventory in EU or in Belgium
I sell only B2C distance sales to Belgian customers only
And all my products are below Euro 150 .
So as per my understanding I don't legally require to Obtain Belgium VAT
Furthermore, customer support doesn't work as it says operator not available in English language
Please help !

How do I reactivate my account?
If you are the importer of record, and you are registered for Belgian VAT, provide your Belgian VRN to reactivate your account by following the below steps:

2. Click "Add VAT number", then click "Add a VAT/GST registration number"
3. In the pop-up window, in the "Country/Region" field, select "Belgium" and then enter the number without the initial BE
