Belgium Account Deactivated

Hi , My Belgium account has been deactivated and I don't understand how to resolve this as in performance notification asking for Belgium VAT or OSS in order to reactivation.

However,

I don't store inventory in EU or in Belgium

I sell only B2C distance sales to Belgian customers only

And all my products are below Euro 150 .

So as per my understanding I don't legally require to Obtain Belgium VAT

Furthermore, customer support doesn't work as it says operator not available in English language

Please help !
