My account was suspended due to such a problem. I only listed the product, I did not sell it. How can I solve this?
It does not matter that you did not sell the product. The fact you listed it, indicates you had stock.
What was it you were listing on? Normally you need to provide an invoice showing a valid supply chain. Whether this is possible will depend on where you purchased the item, and what the listing was.
