i am very close to close my selling account. the unintelligent staffs that does not speak english. i had been on the phone days and still not getting anywhere. i had ship variation and all of the products were listed under one ASIN by FBA staffs. i had sent emails email emails and and not getting anywhere. millions staffs dealing with my CASE, trillions CASE number. if not sorted by the end of the week i will have no other alternative but to request removal of my products

I presume by this you mean amazon labelled all your variations with the same FNSKU ?

if that is the case you will need to recall all your stock

Going forward you maybe best to label them prior to sending them in and split the various variations into different boxes
