How to create a case on the new Help page?
Hello,
I have seen that the Help page has been redesigned since yesterday and now I find myself unable to create a case. When clicking on Ask for Support, it will just take me to the Help page.
what is the new way of creating a support case?

We have this as well, there is no way to open a case as of this morning.

It is working in UK, but not in Germany.

I took that and replaced the co.uk with de and it worked fine for my German account

No, it’s completely different on .co.de it is not working at all, from our account anyway. UK is fine and same as usual.
