This case is of utmost importance; the absence of a response from Amazon means we incur financial losses daily and risk losing our business altogether. We have responded to all inquiries from support and provided all the documents they requested. However, there's been no response, and the case is in the "Action Needed By Amazon" status for over 10 days
How much longer must we wait!?
Has anyone else encountered such a situation? How can we achieve a response from support regarding our case?
