Why did Amazon deactivate my listing for a laptop backpack due to not submiting WEEE-Reg.-Nr(s)? Backpack is not an electrical or electronic component. What should I do to solve this problem?

I received an email stating that my procuct is the category of "Generisch and Small IT and telecommunication equipment" that needs EPR WEEE-Reg.-Nr(s). But this is not correct. My product is a "backpack" that has nothing to do with "Generisch and Small IT and telecommunication equipment".
If the product is listed under "Generisch and Small IT and telecommunication equipment", how can I change/update it? Can you please allow me to change the category to "backpack"?

We have the same problem, and we seem to be in an infinite loop (appeal approved, told to wait 48 hours, contact seller support after 48 hours if no change, seller support confirms the problem but has no authority to handle it, forward to WEEE team, receive appeal approved again, told to wait 48 hours). This situation has lasted for 9 working days.
