Basically. I closed my original account though and error. Cannot get in. Does not exist anymore.
Started a second account. Worked fine for a year or two, then the system deactivated this because I was selling the same product as I had been on my first account (that does not exist).
Provided info for my second account, had virtual interview, received message "1 performace notifications" attached. BUT the account is still blocked. After messaging Account health for 18 months, it seems I need to appeal ont he first account too. However, I cannot appeal since that account id dead to me: I have no access.
I have started several threads. The last was closed. I received a message from "Nano" explaining I need to start a new one, see "2 nano message" attached.
Nano said I could quote the old case number. I do not know how to find this. When I access current cases, I see 10 that I have started at various times. See "3 support cases" attached.
WOULD YOU PLEASE ESCALATE THIS? I HAVE SPENT A YEAR AND A HALF GETTING NOWHERE WITH MESSAGES>
