authenticity complaint but not resolved yet
Hi,
We are selling multiple asins of a particular brand and directly buying from a authorized distributor. The Asin is B007MJKHPA.
One of the customer did authenticity complain for which we have provided the invoices to Amazon but still Amazon has rejected our several attempts by saying that we have not provided the enough information.
Is there anyone who can help us, its really frustrating.

Hey,
It maybe worth going back to the Original Notification from Amazon about the Inauthenticity Claim.
They may have asked for a Plan of Action, or something else, on top of the request for Invoices.
