Can't ungate due to unverifiable supplier
Hello,
I’ve recently been trying to get ungated in a few brands and the invoices from this particular supplier keep getting rejected, with the reason being “We were unable to verify the supplier information listed on the invoice provided”
The invoices include all of the required information that amz have asked for, and it all matches exactly with the details on companies house. The company is UK based, been trading since 2008 they are a legitimate wholesale company.
I’ve tried going through the standard ungating procedure 3 times, every time they rejected it with the same reason. I then directly emailed the managing director email, and again it got rejected today
I’m just very confused as to why they aren’t able to verify them? It says when on the ungating page “We may verify your submitted documentation by contacting product vendors you identify in your application.” Have they actually tried to do this? Can I just do their job for them and verify them by getting whatever information they need?
I’ve now got about £1000 worth of stock that I can’t sell on Amz and cannot return to the supplier and my prep centre are pushing me to get it moving.
Anyone else had this issue and was able to get it resolved?

Does the invoice have the suppliers name, address, phone number and most importantly their website on ?
Are they trade only ? Not selling to public at all ?
Is it a full invoice- not pro forma ?
What category of goods ?
Have you asked for a LoA from the brand directly ?
