Help regarding POA appeal
Hi,
I stalk a fair bit on the forums as it’s a great way to learn about the platform and have run into an issue and hoping for some advice. I recently sent out a premium delivery package but rushed through and didn’t include tracking. It was dispatched via the correct service and delivered within promised delivery windows. We don’t get very many at all and this has now resulted in us loosing the ability to offer premium delivery options. Amazon have requested I send them a POA to appeal. If I leave my appeal here can I please get some constructive feedback on improving it?

The last time I had to do this, I couldnt find any way to get it accepted but then magically a few weeks later it came back on anyway :-/ good luck
