Refund initiated

My product is non returnable. I shipped 1 product and 1 week after it was delivered refund was initiated saying that wrong item received. I asked amazon to share me the images on which customer initiated refund, they refused to share. After 50 days which was on 14th Feb,2025 I received 261₹ and my product value is 549₹. I was charged 288₹ for nothing. I didn't got my product and my money as well. Amazon is not able to provide proofs why refund was initiated. If they can't support their sellers then why should I work?
