Error Message Change Business Address
Hello,
I tried to edit my identity info and was able to save my personal info, but when I went to change the business address and click “Save” I got an error message.
I have reached out to seller support who opened a case and said they’d get back to me by email or phone, but I also get an error message in the caselog.
Anybody got an ideas please? Feel like i’m getting nowhere.

Can someone please help I’m really panicking now…
Seller support passed on my case to the verification team, it seems as though when I clicked Save the details did submit even though it came up with an error message.
Now they are asking for more information:
The other issue is the proof of address “Bank statement certified.pdf” shown is the one I uploaded two years ago to prove the business address… there is no option here to upload a new one to prove the new address.
I’m unsure as to what upload for “Submitted Statutes including Articles of Association and a share allotment document”… The company registration document I have is from 01/04/21 and the latest confirmation statement was May 2022 showing no changes.
