Valid tracking rate below 95%?
im new to selling on amazon, sold though ebay and my website for 5 years, i always send items under £20 1st class royal mail non tracked to save customers shipping fees, just received a warning from amazon that my valid tracking rate is below 95%, is it compulsory to send items tracked through amazon?

No, you do not have to send everything tracked, but what you do have to do is make sure that you confirm shipment correctly.
If untracked then choose the Stamps/franking option from the dropdown if using RM, or the other option is to use ‘Buy Shipping’, purchase your labels from Amazon and they automatically confirm shipment and your VTR will be OK.

Have you read the vTR policy - and there are literally hundreds of threads already on this subject.
You don’t have to send everything tracked but if you use a service that could be tracked (eg RM 1st and 2nd class ) g then Anazon require tracking. You need to mark them as RM stamps/franking not 1st class
