Struggling with figures etc

I am needing some help with my sales figures and profits etc.

Up until the beginning of July, most days I would have some disbursement amount that I could manually withdraw every day. However, for no reason, this stopped and I’d go days and days with no disbursement available even though July was actually my best month ever. Then after a couple of weeks it would let me disburse on consecutive days for a short period.

This got me wondering if I was even getting the right amount of money out of Amazon so I decided to try and figure it out. However I am struggling to do so - for example, if I go to business reports and select 1st August it shows me 19 individual sales, but if I go to payments/transaction view and select the same day it shows me 60 individual sales, so I can’t even begin to try working things out.

Your looking at different things, that’s why it appears so different.
The business sales, will be the sales you made on that particular day.
But the transaction report, is the payments that you received on that day.
There is normally a gap, between sales and payments.

You need to base your figures on the transactions/payments reports and not the sales.
The sales don’t allow for the fact that there may have been cancellations/refunds etc.
