Hello Fellow Sellers!
It says 'Your Late Dispatch Rate is 20%; the target is 4%'
So I called amazon customer support and they said that this is just a warning message. How can I get rid of this warning message? How to protect my self? Will they actually deactivate my account?

For want of stating the obvious; despatch your orders on time.
And yes they will suspend your account if there is no improvement.

Your Late Despatch Rate is over 20% because you shipped or at least confirmed shipment of 20% of your orders after the expected shipping date.
