Read onlyHi @Simon_Amazon can you take a look at this feedback please 202-2061825-2615511 customer is lying about postage information. They say they are £14 out of pocket but they used a 48hr non tracked service which is the cheapest you can do. Special delivery costs £9 so I have no idea where £14 came from (trying to exploit me) it even said on the package "postage paid £4.79" Which I refunded them. It seems they were hoping to get more money out of me.
Take a photo of the package you received back showing the postage paid, and send this to the customer as proof.

I have not no, seller support are generally useless I get more help from the forums. I am sick to death of the copy and paste replies from seller support.

They have given me the same copy and paste automated message unfortunately. The comments the customer made are just completely false, this is why I have came to the forums as I have had help from @Simon_Amazonin the past with a similar issue.

the issue with this feedback removal is that is a a mixed feedback scenario. The first phrase, which does not relate to the postage information, appears accurate.

@Sarah_Amzn Thank you, please let me know how you get on as feedback like this is so annoying and really tarnished your seller profile when you provide the same service to every customer most are good and then some completely come from left field.
