When you get that error you won’t be able to change the title.
You could try a spreadsheet upload as I find them more aggressive, but what you have hit is the “brand owner” wall.
Basically Amazon has determined that you are not the brand owner and that you may not make changes to the listing.
if you originally created the listing and you still have access to the original SKU try making changes there.

Are you Brand owner? Did you create the original listing? Are you authorised by brand owner to make changes?
If you answered No to any of the above you may well have trouble making any changes to Titles

Also - have you supplied Amazon with a Letter of Authority (from yourself to yourself) authorising you to make changes? - Daft I know but often needed

As you say you could also be having problems with the Title itself.
I cant find the recommended title format but I believe variations should be listed at the end.
Currently you have Pink Ribbin/Black Text at end of Title
Your change has them more in the middle
