• View your top returned products and top customer reported return reasons
• Identify common return reasons and trends
• Receive return alerts as soon as a return is initiated
• Track an order from purchase to return to gain insights on how to reduce return rate
• View recommended actions to reduce returns based on your product performance.
Once you understand customer return reason trends, you can improve product descriptions, packaging or size charts to set accurate customer expectations and reduce return rates.
Start using the FBA dashboard to reduce returns in the long run.
