Negative Feedback Declined - entirely product review - item looks fake apparently
Hi I wonder if anyone has any idea about how to get a negative feedback removed, after I have requested removal and its been declined and I have opened the case again with CS and thats been declined. The feedback is entirely a product review but the buyer has add within the feedback ‘item looks fake’. The product is made by myself. CS say the item is fake. The feedback doesnt say its fake, just that it looks fake. Pulling my hair out and feeling stressed!

If it wasn’t removed by the automated request, and your appeal has been declined - you would have to email managingdirector - Alternatively, you would just need to respond to the feedback putting across your side.

In the meantime we would suggest replying to the feedback and stating the item is made by you so there is no possibility of this “looking fake” responding will let other potential buyers see your response and giving clarity. As addressed below contacting managing director also in hope it’s removed. Failing that at least you have publicly addressed this for others to see.
