A customer has sent me a thank you message for delivering her DVD the following day when the delivery schedule advised 4 - 7 days. Will Amazon allow me to ask her to leave some feedback?.

You can request a customer to leave feedback. But there are very specific rules surrounding this.
Personally, I would stay clear of asking for it. You can get yourself into trouble, if you don’t word it right.
