Is this normal for DPD?

Is this normal for DPD? Having spent months getting through the SFP trial it looks like they’re going to sink me. All of these orders shipped on time, but all delivered late I’ve removed them as a carrier now but the damage is done no doubt.

Well we’ve not had them collect from us since Monday so, frustrated is an understatement.

Doesn’t surprise me at all. We ditched them last year for this very reason. When they’re good, they’re very good, when they’re bad, they’re very bad.

Unfortunately we found that the damage they were doing outweighed the benefits, especially when you take into account the premium prices.

At the end of the day, I think that they prioritise larger customers, (as do the likes of Evri,) which unfortunately means that we lose out.
