I’ve never been so frustrated and disappointed with a company like I am with Amazon. It all started with a simple product listing for ASIN B088LY8R1H, which I had purchased from an online store in the UK. I put it up for sale, but not all the products were moving. Then, out of nowhere, Amazon requested an invoice. I complied immediately, thinking this would be a quick fix. But to my shock, they rejected the invoice.
I didn’t give up. I acknowledged their concerns and worked hard to submit a plan of action. Yet, despite my efforts, they turned it down again. I was left feeling helpless. Over the next few weeks, I made countless calls—10, maybe 20—but no one seemed to care enough to resolve it.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, someone on Amazon’s end resolved the issue. I thought it was over. But no, they soon came back asking for the same invoice again, bringing back all the frustration I had just fought through.
At that point, I had had enough. I no longer wanted to sell this item. I reached out, asking them to close my account, return the money they were holding, and give me back my remaining inventory. I just wanted to walk away from this nightmare.
But instead of closure, I’ve been met with silence. Days, weeks, months have gone by, and nothing has been resolved. I still don’t have my money, my account remains open, and I feel completely abandoned by Amazon. It’s as if my business, my time, and my efforts mean nothing to them.
