Case creation To deal with new problem

How does one create a new case to settle new problems… It seems that function has been disabled by Amazon… The link is there, but i cannot just create the Case

You need to show exactly what you see.I have just tried it & it works fine.
On home page>view your case log>contact CS>selling on amazon>in the seach box on the right enter any random letter>click get help> the menu on the left will now show

russ is correct. It seems that amazon do not want you to contact them , or they realized that how it is frustrating to deal with their rubbish SS , so they decide to give sellers a rest.
