Account still being reviewed?

Our account is still being reviewed since December and we’ve still been paying £30 per month. Is this normal? Surely can’t be? It doesn’t feel me with much confidence about the support from Amazon if anything goes wrong.

I messaged them and they said it is still in the pending stage, but this seems very very weird as it’s taking a long time.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Do you not have the option to downgrade your selling plan? When the review is done, then you can upgrade it again to the professional one.

This could be your problem as you already have a seller account.
If she’s an ex-wife and living at a different address you should be Ok Unless you’re also a director or beneficiary.

You need to downgrade to the Individual selling plan, so you won’t be charged any more fees.
Also, you can request a refund for those fees by opening a case with seller Support, as long as you have sold nothing.

It doesn’t feel me with much confidence about the support from Amazon if anything goes wrong.

Sadly seller support is not the best on Amazon,as can be seen by the many posts on the forum. Fellow sellers are often better informed than the reps !

I know your problem we have faced the same issue on the US account.

Is your account under review due to verification documentation still missing? Or whats the problem.

If that’s the case, you should provide all the information required through the Seller Central Performance notification or the performance dashboard.

Or better:Seller Central: go on SETTINGS and there will appear a warning to show you which documents are missing and do not forget to press on Submit verification, also important is to submit the Document issued by HMRC.

If you already messaged Amazon through the Case log, than submit there the missing information and they can transfer it. And for sure they will inform you then
