Read onlyHello,
A week ago I received an IP complaint for a parallel import from another seller on a listing. I submitted my invoice from an authorised distributor and had the listing reinstated, however the same seller has since resubmitted the same IP complaint and 4 more for the same brand and Amazon won't accept the same invoice I supplied to reinstate the listing the first time.
It has come to my attention that the seller has somehow registered this trademark in Amazon’s Brand Registry, despite the rightful ownership belonging to a company in America. I believe that this seller is abusing the brand registry to exploit the trademark unlawfully.
The exploitation of this trademark not only violates intellectual property rights but also creates confusion in the marketplace, harming both the rightful owner and customers. I have wrote to the managing director but have received no response.
This situation has significantly affected my account health, and I am now worried about the risk of deactivation. I'm curious why my invoice was accepted initially and now isn't sufficient, and how this seller is permitted to steal the trademark of a US company with no repercussion?
