Appeal EU responsible person request

I have a paper based product, and one of the items I sell has the word 'electric guitar' in it so has been flagged as needing an EU responsible person for selling in Germany. But this is a paper representation of an electric guitar, not a real one, and has no electronics, therefore does not need an EU responsible person.

The appeal button takes me to the seller support, and the seller support, are, well... Seller Support, so no luck there. I have had no luck removing this request, and I have a shipment ready with my supplier waiting for this to be resolved.

Any idea who I can appeal to get this EU responsible person request removed on my item? Please can I get help?
