Amazon used to be fairly safe to sell but since ebay changed their rules to protect sellers on ebay against scammers if tracking shows the item delivered the buyer cannot put in a money back claim.

The scammers have moved to Amazon as even if you use a tracked service and get a picture of the item delivered if the buyer says its not arrived and open an AtoZ claim Amazon refund them in full.

This is rife now I'm.getting 2 a week at least it's making my choice to continue selling on Amazon a difficult one.

You appeal but they just refuse the appeal

Why is amazon REFUNDING a A-Z claim when it shows as delivered with a photo and signed for.

They acknowledge that it is showing as delivered and will not count the ODR but still deduct the refund from ourselves.

An appeal brings back the same response we uphold our decision.

WHAT IS THIS FRAUD BEING DONE BY AMAZON AND ITS CUSTOMERS.

Four books I sold in October have been paid for by the buyers but the Amazon appears to think they have not been delivered despite them holding the money? Requests for help with this issue have been meet with replies which have NOT addressed the problem at all so Im stuck. Why do problems like this still keep happening? Its bad enough that they sit on your money (for the interest) and only pay out twice a month without this nonsense happening.
