Seller Fulfilled Prime / Amazon Shipping
Just quick annual reminder that once again Amazon consider Easter Sunday to be a normal working day
(for the purposes of despatch promises for those on Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime who have Sunday despatch enabled)
So sellers who despatch on a Sunday are expected to be despatching on Easter Sunday (9th April).
Can we had some moderator input on this please

Below you can find information confirmed by the partner team:
Easter Sunday is not a Public holiday in the UK and carriers will be operational too. We expect Seller Partners to handle this as a any other operational week. However we would ask Seller Partners to follow the below guidance:

Seller Partners should always connect with their carriers to understand if they are operational, what is the capacity of orders they can handle and work with their carriers to forecast any increase in orders Seller Partners might expect.

For MFN (Merchant Fulfilment Network) shipments, SPs have option to turn off Sunday weekend operation. For SFP (Seller Fulfilled Prime), SPs have to enable one of the weekend. If they turn off Sunday, they need to set Saturday operations.

I have confirmation from the partner teams, that the update will be completed in the end of April. I will come back to this thread with the confirmation once it´s available in the Seller Central settings.
