Countries
Read onlyI have unauthorized people buying our branded trademarked products from ebay listings that are identical to ours in every way, a sale is made, the item is bought through amazon, shipped to multiple addresses all over the country from the same account then claiming and being given a refund. Ebay remove the listings when we complain, however, amazon are just not interested.
To have to deal with the trials and tribulations, complete lack of support or any kind of consideration for us by amazon is bad enough but to condone this criminal activity which is obtaining goods by deception, fraud by false representation and contrary to the theft act is the last straw. Amazon know this is happening to many amazon sellers which is easily proven by the posts on the subject on this forum so their utter lack of action is infarct an offence in itself, the charge would be aiding and abetting these offenses. I feel we have no option but to leave here, I cannot be stolen from yet be unable to do anything about it.
Should we join them but only list products that are sold directly by amazon such as amzchef products? I suspect action would be taken PDQ if amz were losing the entire purchase directly but of course amz are losing out on refunded seller and fulfillment fees. Come on amazon, sort this out. What possible reason could there be for a buyer to buy the same items multiple times everyday then have delivery address across the length and breadth of the country only to be refunded multiple times a week later?
Have to say I didn't read this post in full, but is this the same as is happening to the seller on this thread, posted yesterday - sounds similar:

Is the same person buying from your eBay shop and re-selling on Amazon, or the other way around.... selling on Amazon and then purchasing from eBay?
This is a classic drop shipping scam where the buyer sells your goods then buys from you and has you ship to the address of THEIR buyer, they then make a claim for non-delivery or damaged etc.
They then have their customers money and your goods for free..... pure profit at full price for them.
There are a few ways to beat them at this.....
1. when they place an order... cancel it.. this then causes them to have to refund their customer.
2. send them a message to express your concern and tell them that you will be contacting the DELIVERY address directly through letter post as you believe they are drop shipping from you, so you want clarification directly from the receiving address that they have indeed made this claim.... proving fraud by the dropshipper and telling them bluntly you are creating a Police action for multiple frauds once you have this verification directly from the end customer.
3. with evidence in hand, contact eBay and Amazon showcasing the fraud.
If it is the same person buying from you on eBay... just simply BLOCK them.
I am sorry.
Perhaps, simply cut and post your question into any AI tool, and it will give you some answers and solutions.
It`s not a dead-end, there are things you can do. No one is above the law. Sometimes, you have go through the legal routes. However, here`s a few points worth considering;
Engage with Amazon Support
It’s worth persistently escalating your case to Amazon through their support system. Provide detailed evidence, including purchase patterns, refund claims, and links to identical eBay listings. If you haven't already, use Amazon's Brand Registry program, which might offer additional tools for combating bad actors.
Contact eBay About Repeat Offenders
eBay seems to act on your complaints, which is positive. You could request a more permanent resolution for repeat offenders, such as banning their accounts. Highlight that this activity might violate eBay's policies as well.
If the fraudulent activity persists, consider consulting a solicitor to explore legal options. They can help you address trademark violations or other offenses.

Please see this thread. Unfortunately its a huge problem. Some sellers facing 6 figure losses. I'd suggest adding directly on to the Linkedin post. There is also a journalist beginning to investigate.
Obviously depending on your sales velocity, if you can, I'd start looking at the buyers details prior to sending. There are often patterns of how the name appears, fictitious phone numbers etc. Amazon don't help when you tell them and actually still tell you that your metrics will be impacted by cancelling the order!!! Also report it as a violation. Not sure what helps it is but surely if we all report every dodgy transaction, something will have to trigger at Amazon HQ
