Read onlyEvri have charged us a much higher rate from orders from October, November & December 2023 which was billed as a charge on 22nd October 2024.
These have been charged as delivery label adjustments, anybody else has anything?
Yes, us too, going back to 2023......£11,652 altogether was charged to my account on the 22nd October 2024, it's disgusting, 5665 orders, I've tried contacting Evri but no joy back as of yet.
They have stated I was choosing a different size parcel, however when you put your parcel dimensions and weight in you can't choose a lower rate!
We've faced similar issues with Evri applying unexpected additional charges. In our case, they've charged us roughly £184,000 for "adjustment" fees, but these charges were never disclosed or itemised in our regular monthly invoices from last year. Like you, we only received a massive backdated (last year 2023) charge recently , with no prior notification that these "adjustments" would be applied.
We’re considering escalating this to the CMA and FCA due to what we believe to be unfair billing practices and will challenge this legally - This is a scam we believe these adjustment were not part of rate card we received.
Please be aware of this issue moving forward.
We stopped using Evri over a year ago due to thousands of pounds in unfair adjustment fees, an issue they’ve been aware of for over a year but still haven’t resolved. After reviewing our transactions, I found another £400 in charges from September 24—despite not using their services in over a year! This is absolutely unacceptable.
Got more info its not the size added together (82 X 70 X 10 CM) = 162cm that it needs to fit its the girth of your dims which is a different calculation.
add the smallest sizes together (70) & (10) = (80) x 2 (160) then add the biggest number (82) then add together 160 + 82 = 242
Evri Amazon is listed as max 225
"For all outbound shipments: You can ship parcels up to 120 cm in length on the longest side and with a maximum combined length and circumference of 225 cm. You must not ship any packages that exceed this weight or dimension with Evri."
Where and how can you see any of this delivery label adjustment charges?
Just checked mine for October and its transactions from 2023
Has anybody appealed this
