Reminder - SAFE-T Claims Ask Amazon Event on September 10th
Don't forget to join the upcoming Ask Amazon event on September 10, 2024 from 9am to 5pm BST! This event will focus on answering questions about the Seller Assurance for e-Commerce Transactions (SAFE-T) process, which allows you to file a claim to request a reimbursement of an Amazon-issued refund.

This is perhaps welcome ... but really the fact that Amazon themselves think it necessary to run such an event means that the system 'as is' is not really fit for purpose. I would rather ask 'why do Amazon not let merchants run their own business?' Amazon would still maintain control of their site via their feedback system, which they monitor continuousdly in any case.
