Refund issued by mistake - Recharge

Hello,

I have refunded the customer by mistake. After reaching out to the customer via Amazon, I got positive feedback from the customer that they would like to return the refund which they received by mistake. I was trying to find an information about the recharge (the return of the money from the incorrect refund), but I am unable to find it in any of the reports. I checked the transaction report by searching for the same Transaction ID, but have not found a match.

Has anyone had a similar situation? Do you know where and how I can find information about the recharge?

If you have refunded in the last hour or so - you may be able to cancel. If its after that - the customer would need to contact Amazon Customer Services to request the card be recharged.

However, there have been other sellers say that Customer Services just say this isn’t required and they simply don’t recharge the customers card.
