FBA shipment come back to me
Hi sent a box of items to Amazon ( Coventry UK) last week and the box has come back to me today, with Amazons address crossed out, no explanation why? shall cancel this shipment plan and do it again, if i do will i need to redo all the labels? first time doing this not great

Which carrier did you use?
If you shipped it using the regular post (Royal Mail), then this would be the reason behind refusal.

I learned this the hard way, they have pre-booked delivery slots with certain couriers, if the courier you use isn’t on their lists, they’re not getting in.

i used royal mail normal post as was under 2k, so who do people use to send small parcels as Yodel don’t say they collect in my area and nearest drop off is about 30 miles away

We use YODEL for our FBA shipments. Upload tracking when you’re doing this it helps establish where the shipment is at all times. You can use the same labels as Amazon will still be awaiting what you processed.
