2 Step Verification 2SV errors updating

Hi there, trying to change my 2SV settings but when I click on either “Add new app” for authenticator or even “Change” for my phone number, it comes up with a Page Not Found error.
Can someone else try this for me to see if they’re getting the same message? Settings > Login Settings > Manage button for 2SV.
