How do I take a Safe-T claim denied further?

Hello

Please help! We have raised a safe-T claim with Amazon due to a buyer wanting to return a travel system (3 parcels) with only one label and amazon refunding £999 with the 'refund at first scan' option. How do i take this further?

Amazon have denied our claim stating that the item was scanned and therefore coming back to us. It is not! The buyer even opened another return request to get another label but failed to get a third. They had communicated with us regarding this and we had stated that as it's not faulty it needs to be returned at their own cost.

I have sent all proof to Amazon - tracking details of both return requests and email communication from buyer to state that they have not sent it back, yet Amazon are still refusing to reimburse us. Therefore the buyer still has the travel system and £999 in their bank too!

Hope that all made sense? This is all new to us and don't even know which amazon forum support to tag so any help/advice from you guys would be much appreciated.

You could try emailing/escalating to the MD - managingdirector@amazon.co.uk

Do be careful with pushing SAFE-T Claims. You can get blocked from using Amazon's Safe-T claims if you file too many unfounded claims, abuse the system, or repeatedly file claims that are not eligible according to Amazon's policies
