Brand registery timescales

Hi,

I believe that brand registery with amazon should be fairly quick and should take around 2-3 days, however we’ve been waiting for around a week now and haven’t heard anything back. The only thing we have had is an automated reminder email today asking us to provide info (verification code) that we provided a week ago!

Is it taking longer at the moment?

Usually takes up to 10-14 days right now , we just had ours back after approx. that time

Ours took 2 days but that was not in a busy period like we are in now, be patient, as HALITE Science said could be 2 weeks or even longer as Christmas is fast approaching.

Thanks everyone. This finally came through and all sorted. It turns out it was just slow due to high demand (best guess).
