Difference in sales between business reports and transactions report
Hello,
Can anyone explain why there is such a difference between the business report > sales dashboard, and the transactions report for monthly sales total?
There's roughly a 25% difference between the two figures, its not even close. If it was a few hundred pounds I could live with it
Which report would you recommend I use?

Always use the transaction report as these are accurate.
The business reports don't include refunds and may not include cancellations.
There are also date differences, the business report is based on the date the order was placed and the transaction report is based on the date the order was despatched.
Business reports are really there for a quick glance on how you are doing for a particular day/month and not for any type of accounting.
