VAT not being refunded on return postage
I have today had to deal with 3 customers complaining that they have not received the refund they are expecting.
All of the customers are saying that they were told the return postage was £3.35 and when I look into their order, amazon have charged them £4.02 which is £3.35 plus VAT
One of the orders was refunded 10 days ago so its been long enough for amazon to refund the VAT part.
Anyone else knows whats going on with this?

Yes long standing issue where Amazon are adding VAT onto a VAT inclusive price.
They’ve been made aware several times, through seller support and here on the forums.
It’s been like this for months now, who knows if they even want to fix it?
