ANY HELP YOU GUYS CAN GIVE? SELLER SUPPORT AS ALWAYS NOT HELPING US TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE.
CHINESE PEOPLE HAVE THEIR OWN AMAZON SITE, THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO SELL INTERNATIONALLY.

Have you made a test purchase to see if the EAN is on the product rather than someone guessing it to create a listing?
You say you hold the EAN but are you currently using it on your best selling item? If not is it worth the time and (huge!) costs of international legal action to protect it. The principle that you own it could be very expensive to uphold, from a business perspective moving on may well be the cheapest and least stressful option.
People can sell internationally, you included if you wish. It is probably what enables you to be an Amazon seller as I very much doubt the device you use to run your Amazon account is UK designed and made. No matter what your personal feelings are about the issue that genie isn't going back in the bottle.
