I'm VAT exempt but for some bizzare reason Amazon are saying "You are not eligible for automatic receipt generation." This is an absolute pain because i get one or 2 business orders per month and unless i check every single day, i might miss them . I have missed one and Amazon are not sending me threats - "We have found that you have violated a policy, so that your account is at risk of being deactivated."
How can i enroll in the automatic recept generation? I think i pay enough to amazon ( over 60% of all my earning) so i can be allowed to use this service. Here is the case ID in which one of the guys confirmed im VAT exempt in the Amazon system - ID 10525862522
