Account in Holiday Mode
Hello everyone
I have put my account in holiday mode, as I do not want to deal with the increased number of instant refunds that will result from the delivery services being delayed next week. Unfortunately, I am not a big enough business at the minute that we can handle it.
I understand that as long as I am ‘inactive’ I will not receive sales but will have to answer messages within 24hours. Is there anything else I need to be aware of? Also, is there a time limit for how long I can be on holiday for?

If I remember correctly, inactive account are made “dormant” by Amazon after a couple of years.
But you’re right in saying that you will still have to respond to customer messages, and of course to any notifications from Amazon.
