I recently noticed the new "No Invoice Uploaded" feature on Amazon, and I’m a bit confused about its requirements. I tried reaching out to Amazon Seller Support, but unfortunately, they lack expertise in this area and only refer to generic documents without providing clear answers.
I have a couple of key questions:
Is it mandatory to upload an invoice for every order, or do we only need to upload an invoice when a customer specifically requests one?
If it is mandatory, what about sellers who are not VAT-registered? Can they upload an invoice without VAT details, or will that cause compliance issues?
If anyone has clarity on this, especially for the UAE marketplace, I’d really appreciate your insights. It’s frustrating that Amazon has rolled out this feature without proper communication, and their support team isn’t well-informed about new policies.
